By downloading, installing, or using Morning Briefing ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

Morning Briefing is a command-line interface (CLI) tool that gathers weather, calendar events, news headlines, and reminders from local and public data sources. The Software is distributed as an npm package and operates entirely on the user's local machine.

The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. We do not guarantee the accuracy of weather data, news feeds, or any third-party data sources.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the author or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the use of the Software. This includes but is not limited to missed calendar events, inaccurate weather data, or any decisions made based on the Software's output.

9. Third-Party Services

The Software relies on third-party services (wttr.in, Open-Meteo, macOS Calendar, macOS Reminders, RSS/Atom feeds). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or terms of these services.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Open Source

The Software's source code is available under the MIT License. These Terms & Conditions apply specifically to the commercial Pro license and the distribution of license keys.
